Baška Voda is located on the coastline, about 10 km north of Makarska and 50 km south of Split. It has 2,100 inhabitants, some 1,000 in the town of the same name.
Like in many other places along the Adriatic coast, Baška Voda is a popular tourist resort, among the most beautiful according to many.

The symbols of Baška Voda were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, and approved by the Ministry of Administration / Central State Office for Administration before 2006.
The flag of Baška Voda (photo) is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.
