Shipping and Payment Methods

We currently deliver to over 183 countries around the world. We usually deliver our products by UPS Express Saver.

The exact shipping costs will be shown during the registration process when you send an inquiry based on the order quantity and shipping address.

The exact delivery costs will be shown before your order is finalized.

Non-EU deliveries: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods can be imported into his/her country and shall bear any costs, taxes, charges, and customs duties.

Customers can currently order over 63,000 possible country combinations from our online shop. Only a few of these combinations are available for delivery from our warehouse at short notice (special offers). All other pins are customized and manufactured to meet customer requirements and have an expected delivery time of 22–28 working days.

Payment Methods

To make your online shopping experience as easy as possible, we accept the following payment methods:

1. Payment in advance

After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and our bank details. We kindly ask you to transfer the total costs to our account. Important: When making the transfer, please don’t forget to enter your order number as the reason for payment. We will process your ordered items as soon as we have received payment.

2. Payment by Credit Card

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you wish to pay using this option, please enter your credit card details in the required fields. We will charge the billing amount to your credit card. To ensure that they are transmitted securely, your credit card details are encrypted using SSL.

3. Payment by PayPal

We also accept payments via PayPal. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.

4. Payment by Sofortüberweisung

You can also pay by Sofortüberweisung. Sofortüberweisung is a secure form of online banking in Germany that uses PIN/TAN numbers. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung page, where you can log in to your online banking with your account details and make the transfer.

5. Payment by Giropay

giropay is a secure internet payment system offered by over 1,500 banks in Germany. To make a payment using giropay, you will only need an online banking account with a participating bank. For a list of participating banks, please visit the following link: Bank check

6. Payment by Invoice

Invoice payments are convenient and easy. Invoices are sent together with deliveries and must be paid within 10 days. You will need a positive credit check for this payment option.

Please note that new customers may not be able to use all of these payment methods.
